Mrs. Wiltgen was born December 29, 1918, in Remsen, IA. She was born the daughter of the late Edward and Lena (Beck) Duebel. {Note:this is a mistake - Becker was maiden name}
She had been in this area since 1976; she formerly lived in Cheyenne and Iowa. Until her illness she in January 2000, she was active in the Sunshine Club, Holy Cross Quilters and Crafters Club and a member of Holy Cross Catholic Church. Over the years she did volunteer work in many organizations, and was active in numerous card clubs, however her family was always her first priority. She was preceded in death by her husband of 35 years, Robert J. Wiltgen in 1973, and her twin brother at birth. {Note: twin brother's name was Slyvester}
She is survived by three sons, Robert Wiltgen and his wife, Marilyn, Loveland, CO, James Wiltgen and wife, Barbara, Kearney, NE, David Wiltgen and his wife, Wanda, Castra Valley, CA; two daughters, Sharon Frederes and her husband, Jerry, Overland Park, KS, Christine Cross and her husband, Tim, Overland Park, KS; 17 grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren; a sister, Evelyn Schwebach, Sioux City, IA.
