William Klenke Buried Tuesday
Wm. Klenke, a prominent farmer of the Union neighborhood, died Sunday morning [16 Oct 1921] at his home on the farm, two miles south of Union, at the age of 72 years. He had been in failing health for some time.
Mr. Klenke was born on a farm near Casco and spent his entire life in Franklin County. About 43 years ago he was married to Miss Christina Terschluse and they became parents of 14 children. He is survived by his wife, three sons and five daughters. He also leaves a brother, Geo. Klenke, of Union.
Funeral services were conducted Tuesday morning at the St. Mary's Catholic Church, thence to the church cemetery.
