Mrs. O. D. Ferguson, Jr., died in St. Joseph's Hospital at Denver, Colorado on April 15, 1953 after an illness of several weeks. She was born at Douglas on Oct. 28, 1912, the daughter of Mrs. Ed Werner and the late Ed Werner. She has lived in this community all her life, attending school here. She worked for the telephone company several years before her marriage. Mary Werner was united in marriage to Orsa Ferguson on Oct. 6, 1945, and since has lived on his ranch near Careyhurst. Survivors include her husband, Orsa; and her mother, Mrs. Ed Werner; two sisters, Mrs. William Runnion of Casper and Mrs. William Barber of Glenrock; two brothers, John and Justin, and six nephews and nieces.
