Superior resident Estella E (Karnatz) Reeve, 76, died Saturday, Nov 13, 1999, at Brodstone Memorial Nuckolls County Hospital in Superior.
Services are 2 p.m. Tuesday at Williams Funeral Home Chapel in Superior with the Rev Danny Jackson officiating. Burial will be in Evergreen Cemetery in Superior.
Mrs Reeve was born March 7, 1923, to Arthur and Amelia (Indorf) Karnatz near Burr Oak, Kan. She graduated from Superior High School in 1940. On April 30, 1943, she married Oren Reeve in Mankato, Kan. She worked on the National Youth Administration and for Armour Creamery in Superior. She also cleaned, painted and wallpapered homes and offices and assisted her husband with the care of Evergreen Cemetery. She retired in 1980. On Dec 6, 1994, her husband died.
Survivors are two son, Richard and Robert, both of Hastings; two sister, Eleanor Duncan of Superior and Elaine Towne of Rapid City S.D.; three grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.
She also was preceded in death by one son, Rodney and one brother.
