She was born in Edwards County on May 12, 1893. She married James Legan who died on April 21, 1946.
Mrs. Legan was a member of the First United Methodist Church.
She is survived by a son, Jerry, Nashville, Tenn., two sisters, Joyce Sanchez, Denver, Co., and Wilma Anderson, Chicago, and a grandson.
Graveside services for Mrs. Legan will be Friday at 10 a.m. at the Haven Hill Cemetery with pastor Mark Myers presiding. Zirkle Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
