PNEUMONIA IS FATAL TO MRS. SARAH KARL, 75
Mrs. Sarah Karl, 75, widow of Peter Karl, a resident of Dover the greater portion of her life, died at 3:30 a.m. Monday at her home at 912 North Factory street, Dover, after a week's illness with pneumonia.
She is survived by four daughters, Miss Rose M. Karl, and Miss Mary Karl, at home; Sister Mauvitia at the convent of the Sisters of Divine Providence, Pittsburg; Mrs. Joseph Wilhelm, Pittsburg, and four brothers (sic), Jonathan J. Karl, Warren; Edward C. Karl, Dover; William P. Karl, Stonecreek road and Henry G. Karl, at home.
One brother, George Auman, Winfield, and two sisters, Mrs. Joseph Burkholder, Dover township and Mrs. William Jentes, Dover, also survive.
She was born at Sugarcreek and was a devout member of the St. Joseph's Catholic church and of the Christian Mothers Society of the church.
Funeral services will be held at 9 a.m. Wednesday from St. Joseph's church. Burial will be made in the church cemetery.
