ANNA SLIVNIK, 81, ST. STEPHEN
ST. STEPHEN--Funeral services will be 10:30 a.m. Monday at St. Stephen's Catholic Church for Anna Slivnik, 81, who died Friday at St. Cloud Hospital.
The Revs. Edwin Oman, Arthur Vogel and Bill Vouk will officiate. Burial will be in the parish cemetery.
Friends my call after 4 p.m. Sunday at St. Stephen's Parish Hall. Christian Mothers will pray 7:30 p.m. Sunday at eh hall, followed by parish prayers at 8. Arrangements were made by Brenny Funeral Home, Holdingford.
Anna Slivnik was born June 5, 1907 in Yugoslavia to Alex and Anna (Touchar) Bernick. She married Herman Slivnik Sept 30, 1924, in St. Stephen. She was a homemaker and a member of St. Stephen's Christian Mothers and St. Rose Mission Group.
Survivors include her sons and daughters, Michael "Mickey", Mrs. Rose Ann Omann, Mrs. Nick (Dorothy) Justin and Mrs. Roger (Anna Mae) Trobec, St. Stephen; James, Robert and Frank, Rice; Stephen and Mrs. Harold (Eva) Warnert, St. Joseph; Alfred, Bowlus; Mrs. David (Theresa) Hunstiger and Mrs. LeRoy (Mary Jane) Spychala, St. Cloud; Mrs. Alan (Agnes) Schulte, Sartell; sister, Mrs. Harold (Rose) Short, Spokane, WA; 65 grandchildren; and 38 great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents; husband on Jan. 11, 1968; three brothers; three sisters; two grandchildren; one great-grandchild.
Pallbearers will be grandsons. Memorials are preferred.
