O. Noel Tuft, 79, West Jordan, UT passed away at his home Feb 16, 2011. Born Feb 26,1931 in Lawrence UT to Albert and Vivian Tuft. He worked at Kennecott Copper for 30 years, also worked in construction for many years. He was quick with a joke, always making people laugh. He enjoyed golf and watching Jazz games. He loved taking his dogs Jasper and Shorty for walks and he LOVED to go dancing. Survived by 1st wife of 38 years Joyce Tuft; daughters Cindie (Dave) and Diane; grandchildren Bryan (Maya), Ginger, Justin (Brooke), Jenny, Matt, and Daniel; great grandchildren Heather, Jaden, Dominique, Trajion, Bryton; sisters Joy and Fairie; brothers Jay and Don; brother-in-law Chuck; ex wife Caren and lovely friend Margie. Preceded in death by son Bruce; brother Leland; sisters Sharon and Roberta (Arnold) and his dog Jasper. A Celebration of Life will be held at The Armstrong Mansion, 667 East 100 South, in the Mayors Parlor, from 3:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. on Saturday Feb 26, 2011.
