ADIN HORST, 2 year old son of Mr. and Mrs. Henry Horst, of near Clearspring, died last night in the Mercy Hospital, Baltimore, from suffocation and pneumonia, caused by a grain of corn which the child swallowed a week ago, and which lodged in a small tube leading to the lungs.
Specialists in this city and Baltimore failed to locate the grain of corn while the child was alive and it succumed following an operation which was the final effort to save its life.
The funeral will be held on tomorrow afternoon at 2 o'clock, services in the Mennonite Church, near Clearspring. Internet in the cemetery adjoining.
