Adolph was a shoe cutter of fine women's shoes and was an airplane mechanic during WW II. He was a proud craftsman and a devoted Catholic.
He is survived by his wife of 72 years, Josephine Kretschmer of Morgan Hill, CA; daughter Betty Harvey and her husband Richard of Morgan Hill, CA; grandchildren, Jackie (Doug) Hummel, Ken Merck, Karen (Peter) Paulhe, and Janet Delfino; and great-grandchildren Abraham Ludlow, Lisa Wilson, Michael Gross, Marie Gross and David Delfino.
Funeral Mass held on Aug. 26, at St. Joseph's Church, Cupertino, CA. Interment at Gate of Heaven Catholic Cemetery, Los Altos, CA. Arrangements under the direction of the Johnson Funeral Home, Morgan Hill, CA.
