YOUNG WOMAN DIES SUDDENLY
Mary Anna Rolfes Passes Away At Remsen After Short Sickness
Death claimed Mary Anna Rolfes, well known young woman who lived near Remsen, at her home Wednesday following a short sickness of a few days.
Mary Anna Rolfes, was born, June 6, 1907, at LeMars, and at
the time of her passing had reached the age of 30 years, 5
months and 11 days. Her parents were Henry and Mary Rolfes (nee Mohring). She lived here until 1910 and then moved to Remsen where she lived with her parents until 1924 and since then she has kept house on the farm for her brother, Henry, who lives near Remsen.
Funeral services will be held Saturday morning at 10 o'clock
from St. Mary's church of Remsen with Father H. Rolfes officiating and burial will be made in St. Mary's cemetery at Remsen with Wlltgen's in charge of the arrangements.
Deceased is survived by her mother, Mrs. Mary Agnes Rolfes; three sisters and four brothers, Sister Aniceta, of Ashton; Mrs. Herman Schroeder of Kingsley; Mrs. B. N. Ruba of Remsen; Henry of Remsen; Ben of Oyens; Frank of Le mars, and Herman of James.
She was preceded in death by her father, three sisters and one brother, who died in infancy.

Death claimed Mary Anna Rolfes, 30, a resident of Remsen vicinity, Wednesday, November 17, after an illness of two days.
Miss Rolfes lived all her life in Plymouth county and was born in Le Mars, June 6, 1907, and went to Remsen with her parents when a small child. She lived with them until 1924 when she went to keep house on a farm near Remsen for her brother, Henry Rolfes. She leaves to mourn her death her mother, Mrs. Mary Agnes Rolfes, three sisters and four brothers, who are Sister Aniceta, of Ashton, Mrs. Herman Schroeder, Kingsley, Mrs. B.N. Ruba, Remsen; Henry, Remsen, Ben of Oyens, Frank, Le Mars and Herman of James.
She was preceded in death by her father, three sisters and one brother, who died in infancy.
The funeral will be held Saturday at 10 a.m. in St. Mary's church at Remsen and interment made in St. Mary's cemetery. Rev. Father Rolfes will conduct the last rites.
