Hold Last Rites For Mrs. Henry Beeck Monday Afternoon

Funeral services for Mrs. Henry (Rose Etta) Beeck, 51, Struble, were held Monday at 2 p.m. at St. John American Lutheran church in LeMars.

Burial was in Resthaven Memory Gardens, LeMars, under direction of the Mauer funeral home. Rev. L. L. Belk and Rev. Robert Floy officiated.

Rose Etta Doering was born May 2, 1913, in Elgin township near LeMars. She was a lifelong Plymouth county resident and lived the last 14 years on a farm near Struble. Her last illness was of three months duration and was at the hospital the last eight weeks.

Her marriage to Henry Beeck took place Dec. 1, 1935, at Christ Lutheran church, Grant township. Her parents were the late Albert and Katherine Lubben Doering.

Survivors are her husband, Henry, Struble; two sons, Arlan Beeck of LeMars and Kenneth Beeck of Iowa City; three grandchildren; three brothers, Alfred Doering of Merrill; Marvin and Herbert Doering, both of LeMars.

Two sisters preceded her in death.

She was a member of St. John American Lutheran Church.
