The former Lillian Leverenz was born Oct. 27, 1895 in New Holstein, a daughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. George L. Leverenz. She graduated from New Holstein High School in 1914.
Following training at Presbyterian Hospital, Chicago, she graduated as a registered nurse and practiced in Chicago. On June 30, 1932, she was married to Mr. Rock at New Holstein.
The couple farmed in the town of Greenbush following marriage. Mr. Rock died April 21, 1962. She was a member of Greenbush United Methodist Church and United Methodist Women. She also was a member of the Plymouth and Kohler Women’s Clubs and the Fortnightly Bridge Club.
Survivors include two sons, Carroll G. Jr., Springfield, Va., and James M., Salt Lake City; seven grandchildren and a sister, Mrs. Sylvia Hartig, Greenbush. A brother preceded her in death.
