Hassman rites held Tuesday From Funeral Home

Last rited were held Tuesday at 3 PM, from the Sydler funeral home for Erwin August Hassman in San Antonio at 12:10 a.m. Monday. Interment followed in the city Cemetery with the Rev. T.Frank George, presbyterian pastor in charge.
Hassman was born in cost October 9, 1998, and his parents were John and Emma Juengermann, Hassemann of Germany and Texas. On May 5, 1929 he married Miss Ruth Hensley, they made their home and Cost.
Survivors include his wife a daughter, Patsy Ruth both of Cost; his father of Kerrville; and three sisters, Mrs. Estelle McKay, Mrs. Lily Muenchow, San Antonio and Mrs. Velma Dendy of Kerreville. His mother preceded him in death February of 1949.
Pallbearers were H. C. Gillette, Wilson Gandre, Robert Muelker, Ervin Mikesh, Herbert Shultz and John Rossow.
