She was born June 9th, 1908 in Perry County, the daughter of Simon and Ellen (Feltz) Zahner, who both preceded her in death.
She married Clarence R. Schremp on April 9th, 1928. He survives in Perryville.
She is also survived by three sons and daughters in law, Leland and Ruby Schremp, Russell and Euline Schremp and Dale and Carole Schremp, all of Perryville; a sister, Marie May of St. Louis; 19 grandchildren; 32 great grandchildren and two great great grandchildren.
She was also preceded in death by a son, Melvin; two granddaughters; a grandson; five brothers and four sisters.
She was a homemaker and member of Christ the Savior Catholic Church in Brewer and the Ladies Sodality.
Visitation will be 10 a.m. to 12:20 p.m. Friday, May 5th at Young and Sons Funeral Home in Perryville.
A funeral for 97-year-old Adell E. Schremp of Perryville will be held at 1 p.m. Friday at the Christ the Savior Catholic Church in Brewer. The Rev. Felipe Martinez, C.M., will officiate. Burial will be in the Mount Hope Cemetery.
