Helen Albers Chilton Times Sept 11, 1920

The deepest sorrow pervaded this community on Friday morning when it was learned that Helen Albers, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Henry Albers, had passed away at her home in the western section of our city. Helen was taken ill on Wednesday of last week from the most trivial cause, a pimple on her lip, which in some way developed blood poisoning and although a strong effort was made to check its progress by physicians, called in consultation and by the patient's sister, Miss Meta a trained nurse who was in constant attendance, there was no chance. She failed rapidly until relieved by death.
Helen Albers was born in this city August 5, 1900. She attended the public school, graduating from the Chilton High School in the class of 1918. She was a beautiful girl, bright, vivacious and the life of all gatherings of her young associates and of her home. Though her life history is short, her future was one of great promise, and it is hard for her family and friends to say "Thy will be done."
The funeral will be held from the Reformed church in this city of which she was an active young member. She is survived by her parents, two brothers, Dr. William Albers of Colman and Bernard at home, two sisters, Miss Meta a trained nurse of Janesville and Hattie at home.
