MRS. MARY GUTH PASSES AWAY

Mrs. Mary Guth, aged 76, died at the home of her daughter, Mrs. E.E. Otis, 642 East Market street, Tuedsay noon. She had been suffering from paralysis for a year.

The funeral will be held from the house Thursday afternoon at 2 o'clock, and from the Trinity Lutheran church at 2:30, and burial will be in Glendale cemetery. She was a member of the Lutheran church.

Mrs. Guth was the widow of Jacob R. Guth, a manufacturer and business man, who died 32 years ago. She came to Akron from Alsace-Lorraine 55 years ago and a few years later married Mr. Guth. Three children survive, A.C. Guth, who went to Goldfield, Nev., two years ago; Adam J. Guth and Mrs. E.E. Otis, of this city. Mrs. Guth has made her home with her daughter for 12 years, and was a highly respected woman.
