Mrs. Anna Mae Calloway
Mrs. Anna Mae Calloway, 79, a resident of Hotel Quincy, died Monday morning at 7:05 in St. Mary hospital.
Mrs. Calloway was born in Aurora April 14, 1884, a daughter of Clem and Bernadine Zurborg [sic] Rehling [sic]. She was married to William S. Calloway, who died last March.
Mrs. Calloway lived in Edina, Mo., for many years. After moving to Quincy 25 years ago she worked as a practical nurse both at Hillcrest sanatorium and Soldiers' home. She was a member of St. Boniface Catholic church.
Surviving are two brothers, John Rehling [sic] of Lewistown, Mo, and Albert Rehling [sic] of West Point, la.; a sister, Mrs. Henrietta Schlepphorst of Quincy; and a niece and nephew, Mrs. Frank Ruxlow and Lawrence Zurborg of Edina, both of whom were reared by Mrs. Calloway.

Edina, Mo., Aug. 15 — Funeral services for Mrs. Anna May Callaway were held Wednesday mornng at 9 in St. Joseph Catholic church at Edina, with the Rev. Frederick Elscamp officiating. Mike Davis was the master of ceremonies. The Rev Francis Schlepphorst, the Rev. Victor Kaltenbach and the Rev. Joseph Ferkulj were in the sanctuary. Burial was in St. Joseph cemetery. Pallbearers were Jim, William, Larry, and Frank Ruxlow and Robert and Thomas Schlepphorst.
