Mrs. Henrietta Schlepphorst
Mrs. Henrietta P. Schlepphorst, 91, of 1019 Cedar died Tuesday noon in St. Mary Hospital, where she had been a patient since July 17.
Mrs. Schlepphorst was born in Mattoon Feb. 15, 1876, a daughter of Clem and Bernardine Rehling Zurborg. She was married to Bernard Schlepphorst in St. Joseph Catholic Church at Edina, Mo., Sept. 30, 1895. He died April 21, 1944. She was a member of St. John Catholic Church and St. Mary Altar Society.
Surviving are two sons, the Rev. Francis C. Schlepphorst, pastor of St. John Catholic Church in Quincy, and Walter B. Schlepphorst of Fort Worth, Tex.; a brother, Albert Zurborg of West Point, Iowa; five grandchildren, Robert and Arthur Schlepphorst, Jr., and Mrs. H. Milton (Carlene) Davis of Quincy, David Schlepphorst of Dallas, Tex., and Mrs. Sara Burch of New Orleans, La.; a daughter-in-law, Mrs. Carrie Schlepphorst of Quincy, and nine great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by a son, Arthur, in 1934; a brother, John, and three sisters, Mrs. Elizabeth Schlepphorst, Mrs. Sophia Wismiller and Mrs. Anna Callaway.
Services will be held Saturday morning at 10:30 in Duker Funeral Home and at 11 in St. John Catholic Church. Burial will be in Calvary cemetery.

Services for Mrs. Henrietta Schlepphorst were held Saturday morning at 10:30 in Duker Funeral Home and at 11 in St. John's Catholic Church where a solemn requiem high mass was celebrated by her son, the Rev. Francis Schlepphorst, The Rev. Victor Kaltenbach served as deacon, the Rev. Benjamin Link, O.F.M., as subdeacon and the Rev. David Munn as master of ceremonies. Msgr. P J. Fox, Msgr. Lawrence Wiskerchen, Msgr. John Boeta and Msgr. Frank Dirksen were in the sanctuary and present were the Rev. J. A. O'Brien, the Rev. Philip Johnson, the Rev. Harry Watson and the Rev. Joseph Ferkulj. Mrs. Martin Neubauer was organist at the funeral home. Burial was in Calvary cemetery where Fathers Schlepphorst, Kaltenbach, Link and Munn officiated. The pallbearers were Floyd Boden, Marshal Campbell, William G. Doellman, Ralph Menke, Lawrence Niehaus and Alfred Winking.
