MRS. JOSEPH GIESKE Ill for about one month, Mrs. Joseph Gieske, 67, died at her home two miles south of New Munich, at 8 p. m. Wednesday. She was born in Germany October 7, 1867 and was married in 1889. A year later, she moved to the States, settling on the present homestead near New Munich. In addition to her husband, she is survived by ten children who are: Sister Marista, St. Joseph; Mary, Waukegan, Illinois; Rose and Ben of San Francisco, Calif.; Theresa, Fergus Falls; and Clara, Joseph, Henry and Mrs. Fred Siman, New Munich. Joseph Wimmer, an adopted son, also survives. Three sisters and a brother also survive. They are: Rev. Mother Amelia, Garrison, North Dakota; Sister Elizabeth, St. Cloud; Herman Bondrisel, New Munch; and Mrs. Anton Vonbrock, St. Cloud. Funeral services will be held on Saturday at 9 a. m. at New Munich. The deceased was a member of the Christian Mothers.
