Funeral services for Edwin Blehm, 73, of 1403 18th Street, Mitchell, Nebraska, who died June 3, 1995 at his home, was Wednesday, June 7, 1995 at 2:00 p.m. at the Calvary Lutheran Church in Scottsbluff with Pastor Ed Hunzeker officiating. Burial was at Fairview Cemetery in Scottsbluff. Memorials have been established to the church and Regional West Medical Center Hospice Service. Jones Mortuary in Mitchell was in charge of arrangements.
He was born July 13, 1921 at Fort Collins, Colorado to George and Eva Elizabeth (Foos) Blehm and received his education in Severance, Colorado, He married Lillian Gorr on March 25, 1943 at Scottsbluff, and they made their home primarily in the Sunflower Community where he farmed for forty years. Following his retirement in 1986 he has made his home in Mitchell.
