Esther was born April 27,
1925, to Herman and Marie (Hinkeldey)
Glienke at Alta. She lived in
the Hanover community while
living with her parents. She married
Harold Lussman on June 6, 1948 at
St. John's at Hanover. She was a
member of Zion Evangelical Lutheran
Church.

Survivors include her
husband; three sons - Edward,
Lakeville, Minn.; Paul, Storm
Lake; and Daniel John, Newell;
three daughters - Joyce (Mrs.
Tom) Nielsen, Storm Lake; Myra
Lussman, Iowa City; and Bonnie
(Mrs. Randy) Quillen, Boise,
Idaho; five brothers - Henry
Glienke, Alta; Albert Glienke,
Aurelia; Herman Glienke, Hialeah,
Fla.; Ernest Glienke, Aurelia; and
Martin Glienke, Alta; Four sisters
- Lydia (Mrs. Harold) Christensen,
Grand Island, Neb.; Alwina
(Mrs. Willard) Schmidt, Alta;
Marie (Mrs. Lyle) Litchenberg,
Galva; and Dorothy (Mrs. Dwaine)
Hinkeldey, Alta; and seven
grandchildren.
