Obie Roy Bounds
OJAI - Obie Roy Bounds, 80, a 37 year resident of Ventura County, died yesterday at his home at 1243 Cruzero road. Mr. Bounds was a retired cabinet maker and artist. He was born September 9, 1880 in the State of Washington.
He leaves his wife Ethyl; three daughters, Mrs. Nick Peirano of Oak View, Mrs. Ned Clark of Connecticut, and Mrs. William Fowks of Los Alamitos and a son, Roy in Sumatra; thirteen grandchildren and eight great grandchildren.
Services will be conducted at 2:30 tomorrow afternoon at Joseph P. Reardon Funeral Home in Ventura. Christian Science selections will be read by Garta Riddle. Beverly Edison will be the organist. Friends may call at Reardon Funeral Home after 6 pm this evening
