Antonio Joseph Lechner, a native of San Francisco, was the first of six children of Joseph Lechner and Johanna Campradt-Lechner. He was six years old when he died of albuminara. Antonio is buried in Section C - no. 974 in Holy Cross Cemetery.

The original Holy Cross Catholic Cemetery register (Register 2, page 283) has Antonio's last name spelled "Techner". The cemetery's index card for the burial and computer system have the last name spelled "Techener". Both spellings are incorrect.

It is known that the register has Antonio's burial listed, although the last name is misspelled, because both Joseph and Johanna are listed as the parents and the address conforms to the known address for the family in San Francisco.
