Services were Sunday, Aug. 2 at Salem Lutheran Church, St. Cloud, for Oliva (sic) C. Hamann-Rodenwald, 88, who died Friday, July 31 at Good Shepard Lutheran Home.
Burial was in the North Star Cemetery.
Olivia Hamann-Rodenwald was born in Farming to Albert and Mathilda (Freitag) Schlueter. She married Paul Hamann in Oct. 1931, in Farming. He died on May 12, 1969. She married Herbert Rodenwald on July 26, 1981 in St. Cloud. He died February 17, 1987. She lived in the St. Cloud area most of her life. She was a member of Salem Lutheran Church.
Survivors include her daughters, Delores Schmitt of Waite Park, and Eileen Finley of Minneapolis; brothers and sisters, Hubert of St. Cloud, Arthur of Buffalo, Emma Koehn of Holdingford, Adeline Forster of Princeton, Evelyn Luedtke of Mesa, Ariz., and Milda Hellman of Lake City, Fla.; nine grandchildren; and 12 great grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her brothers and sisters, Minnie Hodel, Carl, Albert, Clarence, Arnold and Edward and an infant sister.
