Mrs. Welch is survived by one daughter, Joan W. Lally, of Utica; one son, Robert E. Welch, of Barneveld; seven grandchildren, Karen W. Klusmeyer, of Utica, Peter L. Lally, of Clinton, Dr. Michael F. Welch, of Cincinnati, OH, Christopher N. Welch, of Indianapolis, IN, Susan W. Bradley, of Barneveld, Mary C. Welch, of Barneveld, and R. Samuel Welch, of Norwich; seven great grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews. Mrs. Welch was predeceased by her daughter, Carol P. Welch, in 1941, and also two brothers, Walter J. Matt and Frank M. Matt.
