A former resident of Hays and Antonino, Joe J. Keberlein, 75, died unexpectedly at his home in Denver, Colo., Monday.

He moved to Denver from Hays 10 years ago after retiring from the maintenance department at Fort Hays State.

Survivors include the widow, Myrtle; five sons, Alvin, Hays, Lonnie, Commerce City, Colo., Walter, Los Angeles, Calif., Edward, Phoenix, Ariz., Vernal, Denver; two daughters, Mrs. Rose Mary Ruitzel, Shawnee Mission, Kan., Mrs. Vera Williams, Denver; 18 grandchildren and three great-grandchildren; a sister, Mrs. Amelia Billinger, Hays; a brother, Alex, Wisconsin.

Funeral arrangements are pending in Hays.
