Mrs. Amelia (Rupp) Billinger, 83, formerly of Hays died at St. John's Rest Home, Victoria, Saturday.

She is survived by one daughter, Mrs. Agatha Werth, Atchison; one son, Anthony Rupp, California; seven step-sons, Wendelin, Peter, Mike, Alvin, Joseph and Robert Billinger, all of Hays, Adam Billinger, Atlanta, Ga.; four step-daughters, Mrs. Ernest Beilman, Mrs. Cyril Walters, Mrs. John F. Karlin and Mrs. Wilbert Pfeifer, all of Hays. She is also survived by 15 grandchildren, 11 great-grandchildren, 36 step-grandchildren, and 25 step-great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by two sons, her first husband, Anton Rupp, her second husband, Mike Billinger Sr.

She was a member of the Altar Society, Christian Mothers and Third Order, which held services at 4 p.m. Saturday at Brock's North Hill Chapel. Parish wake service was at 8 p.m. Sunday at Brock's. Funeral was at 10 a.m. Monday at St. Joseph's Church, Hays; burial was in St. Francis Cemetery, Munjor.
