Christina Niehoff, widow of Benjamin Niehoff, Oxford township, receives a life interest in his estate through his will filed Wednesday in probate court at Hamilton.
At her death, the estate was to be equally divided between the six children:

Mrs. Christina Niehoff, age 73, widow of the late Ben Niehoff, died Tuesday of a heart attack in her home near Oxford. Services will be held Friday morning, with burial in Mount Olivet cemetery.

Born in Franklin County, Indiana, November 27, 1871, Mrs. Niehoff spent the last 40 years of her life in Oxford Township. Survivors include three sons, Frank and Sam Niehoff, both of Oxford, and Dan Niehoff, Trenton, and three daughters, Mrs. Fred Weber and Mrs. Lenora Bobbitt, both of Oxford, and Miss Carrie Niehoff, a teacher in the Hamilton High School.
