Irene Daisey Lerback, age 73, a resident of the town of Madge, passed away at the Spooner Community Memorial Hospital on Sunday, June 3, 1984. She was born in the town of Scott on April 7, 1911 and has lived in the Spooner and Sarona areas most of her life.

She was a member of the Trinity Lutheran Church in Spooner, a leader of the 4-H for many years, the Lincoln Homemakers and the American Red Cross Blood Bank Volunteers. On June 7 1947 the former Irene Bruner was united in marriage to Paul Lerback in Duluth.

She is survived by her husband Paul; one daughter, Edna Williams of Sarona; six grandchildren, five great-grandchildren; two sisters, Belle Lindberg and Jennie Lindberg both of Notch Hill, British Columbia; and one brother, Robert Bruner of Enilda, Alberta.

Funeral services are Wednesday, June 6, 1:30 p.m., at the Trinity Lutheran Church in Spooner, Rev. Thomas Bryan officiating, burial in the Madge Cemetery. Visitation was held at the Dahl Funeral Home on Tuesday 3-9 p.m. (Spooner Advocate, Spooner, WI, June 7, 1984)
