Jacob Stattelman, 61, of 127 Van Buren, died here Saturday evening.
Born in Russia, he came to Canada thirty years ago and lived in Ohio and Michigan before moving here twenty-three years ago.
He was retired employee of John Morrell and Company.
Survivors include his wife, Elizabeth of the home; three sons, George P., John J. and Alexander P., of Topeka; two daughters, Mrs. Elizabeth Plumberg and Mildred, of Topeka; and fifteen grandchildren.
