Mrs. Catherine Mary (Dorr) Fillinger was born on December 9, 1877, in Detroit, Michigan, the daughter of John and Barbara (Schoenherr) Dorr. She married Francis Bernard Fillinger on May 9, 1911, in her hometown. Together they had four sons; Francis J., Carall W., Vincent N. and Truman W. Fillinger. She died on May 7, 1952, in Detroit, Michigan, at the age of 74. Interment at Mt. Olivet Cemetery, May 10, 1952.
