She was born March 27, 1926, in Fort Collins, Colo. and moved to Cheyenne after high school.
She married Lawrence Kehl on Sept. 26, 1948, in Fort Collins.
Mrs. Kehl worked at Fort Warren (now F.E. Warren Air Force Base) and then at the Veterans Administration Medical Center where she retired in 1983.
Mrs. Kehl was a member of First Congregational Church and enjoyed cooking, gardening and spending time with family and friends.
She is survived by a son, Larry Kehl of Cheyenne; a brother, Elmer Deines of Eaton, Colo.; two sisters, Clara Heckman and Irene Tripple both of Fort Collins and several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Lawrence Kehl on June 18, 1984; her parents, Henry and Mary Katherine Deines and a brother Albert Deines.
Interment will be in Cheyenne Memorial Gardens.
