Funeral Mass will be celebrated Friday, February 8th, 2008 for 92-year-old Eileen M. Grass Kadavi of Perryville, who died Tuesday, February 5th, 2008 at Independence Care Center.
She was born December 11th, 1915 in Perry County, the daughter of Herman and Bernice (Zahner) Kiefer. They preceded her in death.
She married Herbert Grass, who preceded her in death.
She married Frank Kadavi December 29th, 1962, and he preceded her in death.
She is survived by a son and daughter in law, Ralph and Teresa Grass of Perryville; two daughters, Judy Grass and Darlene Duvall, all of Cape Girardeau; two brothers, Everett Kiefer and Herman Kiefer, all of Perryville; grandchildren and great grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by a son, Donald; a daughter, Mary Ann Grass; three grandchildren; two great grandchildren; an infant brother; two brothers, Wilbert and Troy Kiefer; four sisters, Viola Sides, Evelyn Swan, Lillian Cleary and Erline Regelsperger.
Visitation will be from 5-9 p.m. Thursday, February 7th, and from 6:30-9:30 a.m. Friday, February 8th at the Young and Sons Chapel in Perryville. A Thursday Catholic Wake will be held at 5:30 p.m., and Friday Rosary recital will be at 9 a.m., at the Chapel.
Funeral Mass for 92-year-old Eileen M. Grass Kadavi will be celebrated at 10 a.m. Friday, February 8th, 2007 at the Christ the Savior Catholic Church in Brewer. The Rev. Bill Rinehart will officiate.
Burial will follow in the Mount Hope Cemetery.
