Mr. Burghart was born at Pfeifer, and has bee a resident of Topeka for 35 years. He was a boilermaker at the Santa Fe Shops.
Surviving are his father, Casper Burghart of the home, 549 Sardou; and four sisters, Mrs. John Kaberline, Mrs. Jacob Boos and Mrs. Walter Gorrell, Topeka, and Mrs. John Kippes, Chicago.
The body will be at the home from 5 p.m. Saturday until the funeral hour. Parish rosary will be recited at 4 p.m., and Knights of Columbus No. 2608 rosary at 9 p.m.
