Mrs. Nick (Rachael) Venechuk, 61, died in a Mason City hospital Friday night after a lengthy illness.

Funeral services will be 2 p.m. Monday at Zion Lutheran Church with Pastor Richard Ellingson officiating. Burial will be in Clear Lake Cemetery. The Wilcox Funeral Home will be in charge.

Rachael Venechuk was born June 28, 1904 in Tampa, Kan., the daughter of George and Kathryn (Berg) Bisel. She had lived most of her life in the Mason City and Clear Lake area.

Survivors are her husband, Nick; two sons, Nick, Waseca, Minn., and Jack, Grafton; two daughters, Mrs. Leroy (Florence) Miller, Clear Lake, and Mrs. Donald (Shirley) Behm, Cypress, Calif.; 15 grandchildren; 5 great grandchildren; four brothers, Rinard, George and Daniel Bisel, all of Mason City, and Alex, Engadine, Mich.; and five sisters, Mrs. Ed (Hanna) Heizelman, Mrs. Walter (Lydia) Muhlstein, Mrs. Barney (Leah) Clark, Mrs. Louis (Martha) Hanson and Mrs. Kenneth (Susie) Belseth, all Mason City.

She was preceded in death by her parents, two sisters and one brother.
