Catherine Zeiler Uhrich of Wheat Ridge, a homemaker, died Tuesday at Wheat Ridge. She was 97
Services will be at 1 p.m. Monday at First United Methodist Church of Loveland. Interment will be in Loveland Burial Park.
She was born June 13, 1896, in the German colony of Frank, Saratov, Volga, Russia, and came to the United States with her parents in 1899. On August 20, 1925, she married Henry H. Uhrich. He died in 1982.
Mrs. Uhrich was an active member of the church, Order of Eastern Star, American Historical Society of Germans from Russia and the Kelim-Koenig Social Club.
She is survived by a daughter, Barbara Uhrich Calkins of Golden, Colorado; a brother, Samuel Zeiler; a sister, Rachel Amen; a granddaughter and a great-granddaughter.
