Anton Primus was born October 25, 1866 on his parents family farm near Meire Grove, Stearns County, Minnesota. He was the 7th child of the 8 chilren (5 daughters & 3 sons) of John J and Catherine (Nathe) Primus.
Anton moved from Minnesota to Uniontown, Wash where he married his wife, Katherine Primus. His two nephews, John J and Conrad Welle, and one niece, Elizabeth "Lizzie" (Welle) Fuchs also made the move from Minnesota to eastern Washington.
Anton Primus died in 1944. Both he & his wife, Katherine Primus, are buried in St. Boniface Cemetery, Uniontown, Washingon.
