Margaret Catherine Engraff, 78, of Denver, died Jan. 1, 1996:
A funeral mass was held at the Archdiocese of Denver Chapel and graveside services were held at Riverside Cemetery.
Mrs. Engraff was born on July 3, 1917, in Sterling. She was a life long resident of Sterling,
She was a member of St. Anthony's Catholic Church and attended St. Anthony's schools. She was well-known for her work in child- care nurseries of several churches in the Sterling community.
She is survived by a son, Frank J. Engraff of Pittsburgh, Penn; two daughters, Margaret M. Martinez and Barbara A. Hruska, both of Denver; five grandchildren, Melissa McCain, Zachary Engraff, Elizabeth Engraff, John Hruska and Kay Hruska; and four sisters, Barbara Barry, Pauline Gerk, Sister Ann Mildenberger and Sister Elizabeth Ann Mildenberger.
She was preceded in death by her husband, John.
