Mitchel Printz, Jr., a retired farmer who formerly lived in Evans, died Sunday morning at the Kenton Manor Nursing Home. He was 75.
He was born in Germany on Oct. 27, 1894, and came to the USA in 1912. He married Mary Stroh in Greeley on March 6, 1919. They celebrated their 52nd wedding anniversary last March.
They had farmed in the Kersey, La Salle and Gill communities. Printz was a member of St. Paul's Congregational Church.
Surviving in addition to his wife, Mary, are 10 sons and daughters, Helen, Betty, Harold, Walter, Harvey and Herman, Lillian, Rose, Clara, and Maryann. Also 31 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren.
He was a brother of Henry Printz of Greeley and Mrs. Alice Smith of Michigan.
