"Wilbanks-Bennett--Miss Lillie Bennett of Ashland and Mr. A. L. Wilbanks of Memphis were married at the Methodist parsonage in Ashland Saturday. The ceremony was performed by the Rev. R. C. Nanney. Mrs. Wilbanks is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. M. R. Bennett of Ashland. Mr. Wilbanks is the son of Mr. and Mrs. O. D. Wilbanks of Memphis. He is employed by the Ford Motor Plant there. They will make their home in Memphis." Ashland Newspaper, Dec. 9, 1937.
