Frank Fangman, Templeton, Dies; Services Tuesday

TEMPLETON (THNS): Frank Fangman, 63, succumbed to asthma at his home four and one-half miles northwest of Templeton at 2:10 this morning. He had been in poor health the last few years.

Funeral services will be Tuesday morning at Sacred Heart church here, with the Very Rev. F.P. Schultes officiating. Burial will be in the Sacred Heart cemetery.

Mr. Fangman, son of Henry and Josephine Fangman, both deceased, was born May 27, 1887, near Templeton.

He was married to Clara Schlichte at Sacred Heart church here January 24, 1911. Mr. and Mrs. Fangman have lived on the same farm since their marriage.

Surviving with his wife are three daughters, Mrs. Ed Bluml (Fidelia), Dedham, Mrs. Raymond Riesberg (Bernita), Templeton, and Mrs. Virgil Helthoff (Mildred), Templeton; five sisters and two brothers, Mrs. Clem Langel (Anna), Templeton, Henry Fangman, Redwood Falls, Minn., Joe Fangman, Templeton, Mrs. Henry Kalkhoff (Catherine), Clements, Minn., Mrs. Ed Kalkhoff (Mary), Manning, Mrs. Ray Woslager (Margaret) and Rose Fangman, Templeton.

A son, Raymond, and a sister, Mrs. Ben Lechtenberg (Elizabeth), preceded Mr. Fangman in death. Mrs. Lechtenberg died in February 1948.

Mr. Fangman was a member of Sacred Heart church.
