Clem X. Fangmann

DYERSVILLE -- Clem X. Fangmann, 87, died at 1:15 am Monday at a Dubuque hospital after an illness of five weeks.

Friends may call at the Steger Funeral Home from where the services will be held at 9 am Tuesday to St. Francis Xavier Basilica. Burial will be in the church cemetery.

He was born March 4, 1870, in New Vienna, and married Josephine Wuchter in 1903. She died in 1953.

Surviving are two sons, Joseph Fangman, Waterloo, Ia., and Hubert Fangman, Dyersville and two daughters, Mrs. Ray (Olivia) Ham, Earlville, Ia., and Mrs. Emil (Monica) Jasper, Dyersville; 13 grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren.
