Mrs George A. Krug - RUSSEL - Elizabeth Krug, 88, died April 18, 1985, at Russell Hospital the daugther of Jacob W. and Mary M. (Bender) Wagner. Born Elizabeth Wagner on July 22, 1896, in Russell County. She married George A. Krug, a carpenter and cabinet maker, on Oct. 28, 1923, in Russell. He died July 8, 1974. Except for a time in Lincoln, NE, they lived in the Russell area and in Russell since 1924. She was a member of St.John Lutheran Church.
Survivors: son Dean, Phillipsburg; dau. Ellen Mai, Russell; sister Mollie Funk, Tuscon, AZ; 9 g; 6 g-g. Funeral at Pohlmans. Burial in Russell City Cemetery.
