Orval W. Kietzmann, 73, of Ridge Farm, died at 11:20 a.m. Monday [September 8, 1987], in Veterans hospital at Danville.

Surviving are his wife, Vera, at home; one son, Gerald of Danville; one daughter, Gloria Puckett of Fairmount; seven grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.

Also surviving are seven sisters, Mrs. Charles (Mary) Hall of Peoria, Mrs. Roy (Ruth) Dippel of East Peoria, Mrs. Shirley Rutledge of rural Pekin, Mrs. Helen Black of Champaign, Mrs. Lily Hethke of Thawville, Mrs. Ralph Newman of Rankin and Mrs. Lola Powers of Las Vegas; and two brothers, Kenneth, in Indiana, and Charles of Onarga.
