Leonard was a member of First Baptist Church of Pineville where he served as a Deacon and member of the Adult Sunday School Class. He served in the US Army during WWII in the European Theatre. Preceded in death by his parents Nicholas & Vickie (Belgard) Cole and sister Dorothy Lee Redwine, bros. Elliott, Leland and John Cole. Survivors inc. wife Luella, son Leonard (wife Emerald) of Houston,TX; dau. Gloria Pressley of Alexandria; bros. Wayne & Nash Cole both of Deville; sisters Vida Townley, Doris Woodruff both of Alexandria and Shirley Paul of Deville; grandson Jason Pressley.
