PETERSBURG - Lucille M. Elliott, age 89, of Petersburg, passed away Thursday, June 21, 2012 at Sunny Acres Nursing Home.
She is survived by her husband, Richard; a son, Bill (Elaine) Elliott; three grandchildren, Ron (Betsy) Elliott, Kari (Nick) Leitze, Brian Elliott and Lisa Williams; five great-grandchildren, Alex, Liam, Cailin, Ava and Rowan; one brother, Delbert (Marilyn) Tobias and one sister, Darlene Davis.
She is preceded in death by her parents, Tom and Rose Tobias and one sister, Evelyn Caldwell.
Lucille was born June 22, 1922, in Springfield, Illinois. She married Richard Elliott in April of 1943 in Salt Lake City, Utah.
Visitation will be from 10:00 until time of funeral services at 11:00 AM on Monday, June 25, 2012 at Mott & Henning Funeral Home in Athens. Burial will be held at Elmwood Cemetery. Memorials can be made to the Greenview Basic Life .
