MCCREADY-GLASER, Frances E. age 94, departed this life Monday June 25, 2012. She was born in Jewel County, Kansas, on February 3, 1918, one of eleven children born to Anton and Catherine (Salley) Heiman, pioneers to the West. Frances was a self-employed beautician and enjoyed motherhood, playing Bridge and dancing. She was preceded in death by husbands, Cecil V. McCready and Walter L. Glaser; brothers, Paul Heiman, Lawrence Heiman, Joseph Heiman, Eugene Heiman, John Heiman, Frederick Heiman; sisters, Agnes Heiman, Rose Heiman, Leona Pounds Haggstrom; and a grandson, Martin E. McCready. Frances is survived by her loving family including children, C. Lee McCready (Esther), Donald C. McCready (Linda), Michael T. McCready (Heidi), Janice K. Reed (David); a sister, Marie Keller; step-children, Susan Schulze (Ron), Cecilia Ewers (Steven); grandchildren, Thomas C. McCready, Karen C. Wolf (James), Robert T. McCready, Michael L. McCready, Daniel J. McCready (Julia), Laura E. Wild (Andrew), Patrick M.J. McCready, Caitlyn M. McCready, Gregory D. Reed (Rachel). Other survivors include step- grandchildren, great-grandchildren, step-great-grandchildren, a step-great-great-grandchild, many nieces, nephews, extended family and friends. There will be a Mass of Christian Burial at 10:00 am Friday at Our Lady of Mercy Catholic Church. Burial will follow in Calvary Cemetery. The family will receive friends Thursday from 4-8 pm at The Westbrock Funeral Home, 1712 Wayne Ave. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Hospice of Dayton.
