Mrs. Lepke, who was Miss Anna Ziel, was born in Germany, January twenty-third, 1847 and was married in 1885. She was a member of the First German Baptist church of Brooklyn. Surviving members of the family are the husband, three daughters and four sons. They are Mrs. Otto Johnson, Ellenville; Mrs. John Kalinin, Somerville, N.J.; Mrs. Pauline Greiling, Rosedale, N.J.; Henry Lepke, Ulster Heights; Emil, Gus and Adolph Lepke of Brooklyn; also a sister and brother, twenty-four grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.
