The former Selma (Sally) Biel, she was born January 6, 1913, a daughter of the late Christian and Helena Rusch Biel.
She attended Trinity Lutheran School.
On June 14, 1952, she and Frank Doering of Sheboygan were married at Bethlehem Lutheran Church.
Mrs. Doering worked at Thonet Industries for 40 years, retiring in 1975.
She was a member of Bethlehem Lutheran Church and its Ladies Aid Society, of which she had been Treasurer.
Surviving are her husband and three sisters, Mrs. David Ruppel of Saukville, Mrs. John Kraus and Mrs. Alex Kraus, both of Sheboygan. She was preceded in death by four sisters.
Funeral services will be at 11 am Thursday at Bethlehem Lutheran Church with the Reverend Dan L. Siedenburg, Pastor, officiating. Burial will be in Lutheran Cemetery.
Friends may call at Ballhorn Funeral Chapels after 4 pm Wednesday, and at the church from 9 am Thursday until the time of service. A memorial fund has been established in Mrs. Doering's name.
